1- Give her options; she likes to be in control. Such a woman is a control freak. This also prevents nasty fits.
2- Focus on solutions and not on problems; define present problems and give her possible solutions, otherwise she will smell blood in the water and tear you apart exactly like a shark does.
3- Make her the hero because she lives for attention and admiration; if you want her to do something, tell her how great she is at it and watch her perform.
4- Let her think it is her idea; stealing credit is a driving force for her.
5- Manage her emotional blind spot; you!!! She does not perceive your feelings and points of view, so put them on the table and watch what happens. Mind you!!! Its is a dangerous choice that you make.
